Just a piece of bread is enough to have a good breakfast.


Bread: 1

Grated cheese: 30g

Jambon: 3 slices

Pepper: 5g

Mozzarella cheese: 30g

Melted butter: 10ml



Cut half in the middle of the bread.


Put jambon, mozzarella cheese in the middle of the bread. Spread a layer of butter and then sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake at 180ºC for 7 – 10 minutes.
